Add a beautiful sight to your garden with our Parsley Aphrodite. Sow the seeds in pots and grow highly decorative leaves that have exceptional flavour. The leaves are perfect for soups and sauces or can be used for garnishing dishes. Sow all year round in pots indoors. Sow thinly in pots of moist compost, and cover lightly with compost. Firm gently. Cover with clear glass, polyethylene, or a propagator lid. Keep at 15-20oC and keep moist. Seedlings usually appear in 14-28 days. Growing on: Remove cover when seedlings appear and place pots in a light, airy location. Pick leaves as required once plants are established. Outdoor sowing: sow March to June, thinly in the growing position, and cover lightly with fine soil. When large enough thin as necessary, spacing 20cm apart. Pick the leaves as required once plants are established. Tip: Surplus leaves are best kept frozen for late use. Average content: 350 seeds.
