Requires 2 x 1.5V AA / LR6 batteries (batteries included). Batteries are packed separately. Please insert the batteries before using them for the first time. Operate lights by switching ON/OFF switch to the ON position, and back to OFF to turn lights OFF. To replace batteries, make sure the switch is in the OFF position. Remove the retaining screw with an appropriate screwdriver (not supplied), open the battery cover. Remove the old batteries and dispose of them safely. Insert new batteries into the compartment ensuring the '+' positive pole of batteries are placed with the corresponding symbol. Batteries must be inserted with the correct polarity. Replace the battery compartment cover and screw it back in place. This product contains LED lights and although non-replaceable, these are highly energy-efficient and have a greater lifespan than that of ordinary filament bulbs. Take care when positioning lights in your desired location. For indoor use only. Suggestions for indoor use: window sills, sideboards or as a festive table decoration. The set conforms to BS EN62115.
