Dry promptly after washing. Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to preserve the non-stick coating. Use a mild detergent and water using a sponge to clean. Let the tray cool before placing it into water. Avoid soaking trays overnight, and do not use abrasive cleaning pads. To remove stubborn stains or burnt on food, soak for a small period of time before washing. Grease the tray before baking unless your recipe tells you not to. Bakeware is oven safe up to 230 °c. Not suitable for use in the freezer. Do not use metal utensils or sharp objects, as these may scratch the non-stick surface. Do not use non-stick sprays.
