Prepare the meal of your choice with the Callow Dual Fuel BBQ. It is an impressive and contemporary two in one charcoal and gas barbecue mounted on a wheeled trolley. The left-hand side of the BBQ is fuelled by two stainless steel gas burners with a further side burner. The burners can be controlled independently and they feature Piezo ignition. Two cast-iron cooking grids make up the cooking area with a stainless-steel warming rack. A removable grease tray collects unwanted juices and fats to reduce the mess and helps with an easy cleaning process. The right-hand side of the BBQ is fuelled with charcoal and has a height-adjustable galvanised steel charcoal tray, allowing you to control the heat. The height can be adjusted with the winding handle on the control panel. It also features three air vents, two on the cover and one on the side of the charcoal tray, which can be used to improve air circulation. A slide switch on the control panel opens and closes the vents accordingly. Two cast iron cooking grids complete the cooking area with a stainless steel warming rack, both with dimensions similar to those of the gas BBQ. A removable ash collector helps in hassle-free cleaning. Both barbecues have lids with built-in thermometers so you can monitor the temperatures and use the grill accordingly. With the versatility to use gas, charcoal or both, you can also employ different cooking methods with this BBQ. Close the lid to trap the heat so it is distributed evenly and use convection to cook your food, open the lid to grill over the heat for direct or indirect cooking as per your choice. The powder-coated steel trolley has four wheels, two of which are locking casters for stability and steady cooking purpose. Double doors open to reveal a large shelf for storage and there are two side tables, one of which has the gas side burner under a lid. A handy bottle opener sits in the middle of the control panel for opening your favourite bottles. This BBQ is supplied with a battery-operated rotisserie. The large capacity means you can throw a party for family and friends, offering them some impressive and delicious food. Two cast-iron cooking grids make up the cooking area, 48 x 42cm and there is a stainless-steel warming rack that measures 45 x 12cm. This dual fuel BBQ can be used with either propane or butane although we recommend propane for cooking as it burns hotter.
