Sow indoors from March to May. Transplant outdoors: June to July (After the last frost). Harvest October. Kit includes one terracotta pot, one sachet of seeds and nine coir discs. Growing instruction: Place coir discs into the bowl and add 250ml water. Allow water to get fully absorbed to create a soil-like consistency. Sow one or two seeds per pot. Once seedling appears, remove the plastic bag and place it onto the kitchen windowsill with good sunlight to encourage fast growth. Water regularly and don't allow the growing medium to dry out. Place the seedlings outside once the risk of frost has passed. Transplant seedlings into large pots or directly into the garden.
