Our Lambs Lettuce Vision seeds are easy to grow and can be sown in the smallest of spaces and will happily grow in patio containers. A good source of iron and vitamin C, the small glossy leaves add interest and a mild tangy flavour to freshly picked salads. Outdoor sowing: Sow thinly in a prepared seed bed in rows 20cm (8in) apart. Cover lightly with 1.5cm (half inch) of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Seedlings usually appear in 7-21 days. For continuous crops sow every 2-3 weeks. Growing on, when large enough thin to 15cm (6in) apart. Keep moist and weed free. TIP: Pick leaves regularly to promote further growth.
