Grow your own spring onions with the Johnsons Spring Onion White Lisbon Seeds. They are quick-growing and slow-to-form bulbs. Their mild flavour makes them a great addition to salads and stir-fries. Outdoor sowing from March to July, in a prepared seed bed. Sow thinly in rows 15cm apart. Cover lightly with 1.5cm of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Seedlings appear in 14-21 days. For continuous crops sow every two-three weeks. No thinning is needed if sown thinly. Keep moist and weed-free. Harvest from May to October.
