The specially-designed Himalayan Salt Plate features concave indentations to hold smaller pieces of food as you cook, all while imparting them with the rich flavour these plates are renowned for. The plate is rich in trace minerals, adding depth and flavour to your food when cooked, chilled or presented on the plate. The plate imparts subtle flavour onto food, resulting in a milder flavour than when using ground salt. It has a naturally low moisture content, allowing the plate to be heated or chilled to extreme temperatures (320F - 1473F).
