Bar-Be-Quick Smoking Chips provide an easy way to add an authentic smoked flavour to all types of meat, fish and vegetables. Ideal for use on the barbecue, grill or smoker - simply use between quarter to half a pack of chips, depending on the size of your barbecue or smoker.

Soak the chips in water for approximately 20 minutes, drain any excess and when the fuel is ready, add the chips to the coal. Works perfectly with chicken, salmon, pork and beef, as well as a variety of veg.
