The raspberries produced are an orange to red shade, firm to touch, and boast a good acidic raspberry flavour. 'Glen Lyon' plants also have a good resistance to disease and common viruses. Mid Season Raspberry 'Malling Jewel' - A raspberry-grower classic. 'Malling Jewel' fills the height of Summer with delicious raspberries, ready to pick from July. Get yearly crops of dark red berries, all rich in flavour and texture. This is a compact variety with short thorns, ideal for containers and beds, and is once again greatly resistant to disease and infection. Late Season Raspberry 'Octavia' - The go-to raspberry for ending the Summer season - enjoy tasty fruit for as long as possible. Get crops of big, juicy fruit from July to August, with a firm texture and a sweet flavour. The berries grow prolifically in clusters along the full length of the canes, making them so simple to pick. What's more, 'Octavia' berries are known for a long shelf-life.
