This set is oven-safe up to 220 degrees Celsius and features innovative SmartStart technology with a built-in temperature sensor that activates at 150 degrees Celsius. Put the pans onto the heat, wait for the SmartStart tick to change to dark red at 200 degrees Celsius and start cooking. All SmartStart pans are free from harmful chemicals such as PFOA, lead and cadmium. The ultra non-stick coating is abrasion-resistant, so you can use metal utensils without damaging the pan.
