This set is oven-safe up to 170 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes which enables you to cook different recipes. This set features innovative SmartStart technology with a built-in temperature sensor that activates at 150 degrees Celsius. Put the pans onto the heat, wait for the SmartStart tick to change to dark red at 200 degrees Celsius and start cooking. It is free from harmful chemicals such as PFOA, lead and cadmium.
