Product Information

  • Compact upright habit, grows to 90cm tall
  • Ideal for small gardens and patio containers
  • Thornless stems for easy berry picking
This Blackberry plant is originally from Arkansas in the USA hence why called Blackberry Apache in honour of its native peoples. This plant produces large, delicious, glossy blackberries from thorn-less stems making harvesting a lot easier. It can be planted straight into the ground, but for stronger plants, we would recommend planting in large patio pots and containers. It is also self-fertile which means it doesn’t need a pollinating companion. The delicious Blackberries it produces are ideal for culinary uses; making into desserts and preserves, or just eaten raw in a lovely fruit salad with cream. This Blackberry has been awarded RHS Plants for Pollinators. Product Specifications: Position: FULL SUN Height: Up to 2 metres (78.7”) when fully established Spread: Up to 2.5 metres (98.4”) when fully established Supplied as 1 x 9cm Pot Images shown are for guidance only of the expected results from plants upon maturity.
