Our new generation Thermo-Spot® heat indicator (on every frying pan) turns solid red when the pan is at exactly the right temperature to start cooking (between 180-200°C). The ultra-durable Resist Plus non-stick coating is guaranteed for life, so your food won’t stick and your pans won’t scratch over time. These pans also have a PTFE non-stick exterior, so they’re easy to clean inside and out – either by hand or in the dishwasher. The base ensures even heat distribution and is compatible with all hobs (except induction). Lightweight, with easy-grip Bakelite handles, these pans are a ‘delight’ to use every day. The handles are also oven safe up to 175°C (Gas Mark 4, 350F) for an hour, so you can start cooking dishes on the hob and finish them off safely in the oven. The vented glass lids let you monitor cooking progress and excess steam to escape – no need to lift the lid!
