YouGarden Pineapple Plant Pot 12cm

Bring a tropical twist to your home and watch a real pineapple grow right on your windowsill as this established plant arrives with its own fruit already developing. Perfect for a sunny spot in your kitchen or conservatory, this member of the Bromeliad family needs only a little water and the occasional feed to thrive, making it a delightful low-maintenance addition to your indoor garden. Enjoy the excitement of harvesting your own sweet pineapple, then look forward to future crops as the plant continues to produce offsets for years to come. For best results water the compost keeping it moist and also keep a little water in the cups of the leaf rosette. When the pineapple is plump and ripe, roughly the size of an orange, remove it from the plant and enjoy. Once the fruit is removed, an offset will appear which may fruit in following years and an entirely new plant can even be raised by cutting off the leaf crown and planting in compost.
