Create a beautiful floral display this summer with our Patio Clematis Kit. This kit includes two established plants in 9cm pots, a tower pot planter (supplied in four parts including a pot, and a three-section frame which easily connects), a 900g pack of Clematis feed and a 20-litre bag of professional multi-purpose compost. The 'Taiga' is an early flowering clematis which blooms all summer long, producing an abundance of vibrant, blue-purple flowers with cream-tipped petals. It's easy to care for and prune - just cut each stem back to about 30cm in spring just above a pair of buds. Moreover, it is a compact clematis that's perfectly suited for this fabulous gold-painted tower pot and trellis. When fully assembled, it reaches 1.3m tall, and 37cm in diameter. The pot holds over 20 litres of compost, giving a large root-growing volume. The feed promotes the growth and flowering of clematis and other climbing plants such as honeysuckle, trachelospermum, passion flowers and ivies. Plus, it is rich in nutrients, including potassium, to encourage strong, healthy growth and promote more flowers and vibrant blooms.
