- Perfect for sunny well-drained borders or pots
- Produces unique spiky flowers
- Supplied in 9cm pots
Colour your garden with our Eryngium Blue Hobbit Plant Pots. This is a unique, perennial dwarf Sea Holly which produces dozens of unusual spikes of flowers. Naturally compact, these plants look great at the front of a border in full sun and perform well in pots and containers, where they can be mixed in with other plants for a summer display. The masses of metallic-blue flower sprays remain attractive for weeks, shrugging off inclement weather and drought (when established) and look spectacular when grown in a gravel garden or a seaside garden. For drying, pick stems just as the flower clusters open fully, and hang upside down to dry in a warm, dark place. These plants are supplied as three established plants in 9cm pots. Please note: The height of the delivered plants will vary with the time of year and therefore 'as supplied' images are an indication only. All heights given include the height of the growing container. Plants are dormant from October to March so may show no leaves in the pot. Planting instructions: Grows: 50 x 50cm. Plant: March to October. Flowers: July to September.
