This UniBond Sanitary Anti-Mould is a one-component, ready-to-use, silicone sealant for sealing joints in warm, humid environments where there is a likelihood of mould growth. It contains a fungicide and is suitable for use around baths, toilets, wash basins, showers, kitchens, worktops and tiling joints. How to Use: All surfaces must be clean and dry, free from dust and grease or, anything which may be detrimental to the correct adhesion of the sealant. Residues of old sealant or other materials as well as mould on the substrate must be removed completely (if necessary, use a silicone remover). To get the best sealing results it is recommended to mask off the edges of the joint with masking tape before applying the sealant.
