Thorndown White Stain Blocking Primer 750ml

Keep your paint job looking great with Thorndown White Stain Blocking Primer. It is a high-performing water-based primer primarily developed for tannin and stain blocking on timber surfaces. The primer also blocks resin bleed and sap stains. Perfect for use with Thorndown’s UV clear and translucent wood tone wood paint colours, and semi-opaques such as Golden Somer, Rowan Berry Red and Sundowner Orange. It works on all untreated softwood and hardwood timber surfaces, including pine, cedar, redwood, plywood, MDF and hardboard. The primer is low in VOC and suitable for any application inside or outside. Quick drying – it dries in one hour in fine weather, only one coat is needed but you can apply a second on particularly resinous or troublesome wood, like very knotty woods or ones with high tannin bleed or leeching.
