Saving you the hard work of growing from seed, our Zinnia ‘Zesty’ top-quality garden ready plants will quickly grow on to produce stunning pops of cheerful candy colours in your garden borders. Boasting long-lasting, stiff ruffs of fully double blooms ‘Zesty’ will flower furiously well into the Autumn season to create a profusion of colour into your garden borders and patio displays. When most other flowers have faded, these Zinnia will continue to attract a multitude of pollinating insects into your garden whist continuing to provide you with amazing visual interest and flowers for your vases indoors. Plant zinnias in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun. When growing zinnias pinch out the growing tip of each stem to encourage branching and form a bushier plant which will produce more flowers later on. Water regularly until zinnia plants are fully established. Deadhead faded zinnia flowers to encourage more blooms to be produced. Our garden ready plants are selected for garden performance, straight from the nursery. We send them to you 'green' ahead of flowering (but please note some varieties may show a few blooms), which means plants will establish quickly and all their energy goes into producing better roots, so they produce more flowers throughout the season.
