Perfect for indoor cut flower arrangements. Plant Verbascum into well-drained, neutral or alkaline soil in full sun. Verbascum will thrive on poor, gravelly soils. Remove faded flower spikes below the lowest flower to encourage secondary spikes and cut down to ground level in early winter.
