Bring a gentle touch of spring to your garden with soft peachy apricot blooms that flourish early and fill the air with a light scent. Tulip Apricot Beauty bulbs reach up to 45cm high, creating a stunning focal point whether planted in groups for a vibrant display or cut for an indoor arrangement. You'll find them easy to grow in moist, well-drained soil and a sunny, sheltered spot, and with simple aftercare, they'll reward you with a beautiful show year after year. Some parts are edible, but always check for allergies before handling or consuming. Plant tulip bulbs in late summer or autumn. Tulips will grow well in any moist, well-drained soil, except for particularly wet soils. Choose a sunny position that is sheltered from strong winds. When planting tulip bulbs, avoid shallow planting as this may reduce the winter cold period that is essential for tulip bulbs to produce flowers in spring. Plant them at a depth of 15cm (6 inches) and at a distance of 13cm (5 inches) apart. After flowering, deadhead the faded tulip flowers and allow the foliage to die back completely before removing it in summer. Caution: Tulip bulbs are an irritant to skin and eyes and are harmful if eaten.
