Thompson & Morgan Stocks Giant Perfection Mixed Seeds

Bring a burst of fragrance and vibrant colour to your garden with Thompson & Morgan Stocks Giant Perfection Mixed Seeds with branching stocks that produce large, sweetly scented blooms in both single and double forms, perfect for beds, borders or as cut flowers. You'll find them easy to grow, thriving in sun or partial shade, and delighting from May to August with their showy spikes. Stocks are also a great addition for winter flowering in a cold greenhouse, and their edible petals add a perfumed touch to salads and desserts. How to grow: Sow from late winter to early summer 6mm (¼ inch) deep in a good seed compost, but do not exclude light, which is beneficial to germination. Germination usually takes 8-12 days at 15C (60F). They can also be sown outdoors in spring where they are to flower or mid-summer for winter flowering under glass. Transplant when large enough to handle into boxes. Grow on under cooler conditions. Later plant out 30cm (12 inch) apart into ordinary soil in sun or part shade.
