Thompson and Morgan Scirpus Cernuus Plant Basket 11cm

Bring a soft, graceful touch to your pond or bog garden with Thompson and Morgan Scirpus Cernuus Plant Basket 11cm. The slender, thread-like foliage dances in the breeze and creates a striking fibre-optic effect. Isolepis cernua, also called Fiber Optic Plant, forms dense clumps that thrive in moist soils or shallow pond margins, making it perfect for oxygenating water and softening hard edges. You'll find it easy to care for, as it needs minimal maintenance and can be lifted and divided if it becomes overcrowded, adding lasting texture and movement to your water garden display. Growing Instructions: Grow in moist, boggy soils or submerged in shallow pond margins with the crown up to 10cm below water level. Choose a position in full sun or semi-shade. Lift and divide overcrowded clumps in late spring or early summer if necessary. Images shown are for guidance only and show the expected results of plants upon maturity. Different growing conditions might vary results. Image may be included for illustration of supply but can vary due to seasonality changes (e.g., deciduous plants lose leaves in colder months). Decorative pots are not supplied.
