Create a stunning garden focal point all summer with Thompson & Morgan Petunia Double Cascade Burgundy and Plum Seeds fills baskets and containers with a show of large, double burgundy blooms streaked with plum veins. You'll love the pleated powder-puff flowers, often reaching over 10cm across, and the cascading habit that brings vibrant colour to any sunny spot. Each packet contains 25 seeds and comes with clear growing and care instructions, so you'll find it easy to nurture these petunias from germination to full bloom. Perfect for adding a splash of drama to summer bedding or hanging baskets, they're set to impress in any outdoor display. How to grow: Germinate at 20-30C (68-86F) on the surface of a good free draining, damp seed compost. Apply a fine sprinkling of vermiculite, but do not cover the seed completely. Place in a propagator or seal container inside a polythene bag until after germination which usually takes 10-21 days. Do not exclude light, as this helps germination. Transplant seedlings, when large enough to handle into trays or 7.5cm (3 inch) pots. Grow on in cooler conditions for 10-15 days before planting out. Plant outside after all risk of frost, 30cm (12 inch) apart, or grow on in 7.5cm (3 inch) pots indoors in a cool, well ventilated position with shade from direct sun.
