This gorgeous exotic climber is easy to grow, and the beautiful blooms are followed by orange passion fruits that make a spectacular feature in late summer. Passiflora violacea 'Victoria' is a vigorous evergreen climber with stunning violet flowers that are larger than most other Passion Flowers. Grow in large containers on the patio, trained up an obelisk, so that it can be moved indoors to a greenhouse or conservatory over the winter. Height: 8m (26’). Spread: 2m (6. 5’)Culinary note: The fruits of passiflora are edible, albeit somewhat unremarkable in taste. They can be used in preserves and desserts.
