It is almost possible to see this carefree, vigorous climber growing day by day! Grow the Virginia Creeper in any fertile, well-drained soil in full sun or deep to partial shade. Be aware, however, that this plant will give its best autumn colour in a slightly shaded position. When pruning, pay attention to intrusions on roofs, guttering and windows.
