They are fast-growing and their velvety foliage dazzles with reds, purples, greens and yellows with intricate patterning and serrated margins for colour and texture throughout the season. Coleus Collection comprises Coleus ‘Chocolate Covered Cherry’: Splashes of crimson and maroon with a contrasting lime green margin. Coleus ‘Campfire’: Amazing burnt orange glow with a hint of pink on the emerging leaves. Coleus ‘Chocolate Mint’: Deep maroon foliage with an acid green margin. Coleus ‘Flame Thrower Salsa Roja’: Luxurious, deep burgundy red. Excellent paired with hot coloured bedding plants. Coleus ‘Kong Lime Sprite’: large-leaved variety with lime green leaves and maroon patterning. Pot up plants and grow them on in frost-free conditions until all risk of frost has passed. When plants are well grown, gradually acclimate them to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days before transplanting into borders and containers. The herbaceous perennials in this collection can be grown in any moist, fertile soil, in sun or semi-shade. Work some compost or general fertiliser into the top 20cm of the soil before planting.
