This versatile indoor fern originated in Australia and will add an exotic touch to houseplant collections. This handsome fern will slowly start to produce cord-like rhizomes, which are studded with a mixture of lustrous green fronds, offering a variety of leaf shapes on one plant. New fronds vary in shape and size but are all softly ruffled and rich green. Perfect for pots or for hanging baskets, the creeping stems will start spilling over the edges – leave them to trail or tuck into fresh compost when repotting. Grow kangaroo ferns in a bright spot out of direct sunlight. Please note: Some houseplants are toxic or harmful to pets if ingested.
