Limonium Dazzle Rocks is the first ultra-hardy Limonium Gmelinii. This variety produces stunning purple flowers which attract bees and butterflies into the garden with its rich nectar. This Limonium is compact and fully hardy, producing vibrant colour through its high count of blooms from June through to September. This variety is perfect for cutting and creating an indoor display, or dried and pressed. Perfect for planting in beds, borders, and containers. Plant in well-drained and sandy soil in a space where it can get full sun. This variety is heat and drought-tolerant, making it easy to care for and low maintenance. Height: 50cm (20”) and Spread: 40cm (16”).Pot up Statice plants using free-draining compost, and grow them on in frost-free conditions until large enough to plant outside. Once they are well grown, acclimate Limonium plants to outdoor conditions over 7 to 10 days before planting outdoors on light, sandy, well-drained soil in full sun. Improve heavy soil conditions by adding coarse grit or sharp sand prior to planting. Feed and water regularly until the Statice plants are fully established. To use as a dried flower, cut the stems when the foliage is dry and the flowers are well coloured. Tie Statice flowers in small bunches and hang them upside down in a dry, well-ventilated place until completely dry. Position in: Full Sun. Height up to: 50cm (20 inch). Spread up to: 40cm (16 inch).
