Thompson and Morgan Lettuce Webbs Wonderful Seeds

Bring a burst of freshness to your garden with the Thompson and Morgan Lettuce Webbs Wonderful Seeds. These produce large wrinkled leaves and a crisp white heart that gardeners love for reliable performance in sun or semi-shade, even in unpredictable weather, while being slow to bolt for an extended harvest. You'll find sowing is simple, and with up to 1000 seeds in each packet, you'll enjoy a constant supply of crunchy lettuce that thrives in cool climates and comes with clear growing and care instructions. Direct sow lettuce seeds outdoors from March to August into well-prepared, fertile, moist soil in sun or semi-shade. Sow seeds thinly at a depth of one centimetre in drills 30cm apart in soil which has been raked to a fine tilth. When large enough to handle, thin out seedlings to 30cm apart and cover with a protective netting or fleece to prevent attack from birds and insects. Make regular sowings for a constant supply.
