- Beautiful lacy white blooms in summer
- Ideal for north-facing walls with limited sunlight
- Heart-shaped leaves turn buttery yellow in autumn
A stunning shade loving climber that’s perfect for north facing walls and fences! Hydrangea Anomala Petiolaris is an elegant climbing Hydrangea that will thrive on cold, north facing walls that rarely see the sun. You’ll love the lacy white blooms that appear in summer, contrasted beautifully against its cloak of deciduous dark green foliage. Each autumn, its heart-shaped leaves turn buttery shades of yellow, which will brighten even the darkest corner of your garden. This variety holds a prestigious RHS Award of Garden Merit variety for its garden performance and, although a little slow to get going, once established it will quickly scale walls and fences with its clinging aerial roots. Height: 10m (32'). Spread: 3m (10'). Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore there's a list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only. Please note: This product cannot be delivered outside the United Kingdom. Product specifications: Position: Sun or Semi-Shade, Dappled Shade Height: Up to 10m when fully established Spread: Up to 3m when fully established Supplied as 2x Hydrangea Anomala Petiolaris 9-litre potted plant Flowering period: June to August Images shown are for guidance only of the expected results from plants upon maturity.
