Bring a touch of countryside charm to your garden with Thompson & Morgan Humulus Lupulus Hop Plant Pot 9cm 2 Pack, a soft-stemmed climbing plant that delights with its papery green flowers and graceful foliage. Known for its versatility, this hardy perennial thrives in sun or partial shade and rewards you with vigorous yet manageable growth that never overwhelms. Perfect for wildlife gardens or natural planting schemes, it dies back at the end of the season and returns with fresh stems each spring, making it a low-maintenance choice for patios, trellises or borders. Supplied as a twin pack in 9cm pots, you'll find it easy to establish and enjoy, whether you're after natural beauty or a home brewing adventure. How to grow: Pot up hop plants and grow them on until large enough to plant in their final positions. When planting hops, choose a position in sun or partial shade and provide a climbing support for the stems. When growing hops in patio containers, use a soil-based compost such as John Innes No.3. Remove any stems as and when necessary if they spread too far. At the end of the season, remove the stems and foliage at the base.
