Thompson & Morgan Heteropappus Meyendorfii Blue Knoll Seeds

Bring a burst of colour to your autumn garden with Thompson & Morgan Heteropappus Meyendorfii Blue Knoll Seeds, offering a dazzling display of blue, daisy-like blooms when most plants have faded and creating perfect mounds of radiant flowers up to 30cm high. You'll find these half-hardy perennials thrive in both containers and borders, flowering from September to November and brightening outdoor spaces with hundreds of light-reflecting petals. Each packet contains approximately 50 seeds, supplied with full growing and care instructions, making it easy to enjoy a cheerful show even late in the season. How to grow: Sow during January/February to flower in October/November. Sow September/October to flower following September/October. Germinate at 18-20C (64-68F) on the surface of a good free draining, damp seed compost. Apply a fine sprinkling of vermiculite, but do not cover the seed completely. Place in a propagator or seal container inside a polythene bag until after germination which usually takes 10-21 days. Do not exclude light, as this helps germination. Transplant seedlings, when large enough to handle into trays or 7.5cm (3 inch) pots. Grow on in cooler conditions for 10-15 days before planting out. Plant outside after all risk of frost, 30cm (12 inch) apart. Product specifications: Position: Sun or Semi Shade. Height: Up to 30cm when fully established. Spread: Up to 45cm when fully established.
