How to grow: Direct sow sorrel seed outdoors from March to May. Grow sorrel in a well prepared, moist, seedbed in full sun or partial shade. Sow seeds thinly at a depth of 1cm (1/2") in drills 30cm apart. When seedlings are large enough to handle, thin them to 15cm (6in) apart. Fortnightly sowings of sorrel will ensure an ongoing supply of young sorrel leaves for adding to salads. Contains seed packet with 1000 seeds for easy sowing.
