Ficus lyrata 'Compacta', commonly known as the Fiddle-Leaf Fig, makes a wonderful house plant. This beautiful plant has incredibly large, shiny leaves making great impact as a House Plant; it is well-loved for this impressive foliage, each leaf stiff with a distinctive shape and prominent veins, and evergreen, perfect for a year round display. Originally a Native to West Africa, it is slow growing, but likes shaded light, and needs regularly misting to maintain the humidity.
