Each spring, the beautiful buds burst open to reveal masses of simple, saucer-shaped, pure white, single blooms. Flowering reliably each spring, ‘Blushing Pearl’ blooms along the whole branch for a dramatic display. As the blooms fade, the new red shoots appear, unfurling into beautifully incised blue-green leaves. Exophora are bushy, medium-sized, fast-growing deciduous shrubs with an upright habit and a lovely choice for a sunny border. Height and spread: 2m. Grow Exophora in any moist, well-drained, fertile soil in sun or dappled shade. Exophora tolerates most soils except for shallow, chalky conditions.
