Thompson and Morgan Clematis Alpina Imke Plant Pot 9cm

Bring a burst of springtime charm to your garden with Thompson and Morgan Clematis Alpina Imke Plant Pot 9cm, a deciduous climber that delights with double, nodding pink blooms followed by fluffy seed heads for months of interest. Enjoy its repeat flowering habit as it brightens obelisks, trellises or large patio containers, thriving in sun or partial shade and needing little maintenance beyond basic care. Its manageable size and forgiving nature mean you’ll find it just as at home in small gardens as larger spaces, making it a wonderful choice for gardeners of all experience levels. Ultimate height: 2–2.5m. Ultimate spread: 1–1.5m. How to Grow: Plant in moist, well-drained, fertile soil in sun or partial shade. Ensure the top of the rootball sits 7.5cm below the soil surface to promote strong base shoots. Clematis prefers consistently moist—not overly wet or dry—soil conditions. More Info: Feed and water regularly during the growing season. Requires no routine pruning, but remove any dead or damaged stems after flowering. Apply a mulch in spring to conserve moisture and protect roots. Images shown are for guidance only and show the expected results of plants upon maturity.
