The Brussels Sprout Continuity Collection is a marvellous mix three varieties, which will give you a continuous crop that can be harvested from October through to February. With a spread of just 15cm, you don’t need a huge space to grow these flavour-packed veggies in the garden. Try growing your sprouts in containers on a sunny patio or balcony. Height: up to 75cm (30 inch). Spread: up to 50cm (20 inch). The Brussels Sprout Continuity Collection comprises six plants each of the following varieties including - Brussels Sprout Bright, Brussels Sprout Doric and Brussels Sprout Dominator Pot up plug plants and grow them on in warm, frost free conditions until plants are well grown and all risk of frost has passed. Gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over 7-10 days before planting Brussels Sprout plants outdoors in firm, rich fertile, well-drained soil in full sun. Prepare the soil in advance in early spring by adding plenty of well-rotted farmyard manure to the soil to improve its structure and fertility. Plant brassicas at 60cm (24 inch) apart and cover with a protective netting or fleece to prevent attack from birds and insects. Water the plants thoroughly after planting. Position: Full Sun. Height: Up to 75cm when fully established. Spread: Up to 50cm when fully established. Harvest period: October to December.
