Catch the eye with rare lime green blooms as Thompson & Morgan Aquilegia x Hybrida Green Apples Seeds brings a fresh twist to shady garden spaces, offering unique clematis-like flowers that appear from May to July and attract pollinators with nectar-rich displays. Supplied as a pack of 20 seeds, you'll receive full sowing and care instructions to help you enjoy up to 60cm of height and a spread of 30cm in ordinary well-drained soil, whether in sun or semi-shade. Perfect for gardeners seeking something different, these seeds add a show-stopping highlight and support wildlife in your outdoor space. How to grow: Sow February to June or September to October. Sow seed on the surface of lightly firmed, moist seed compost in pots or trays. Do not cover the seed. Seal container inside a poly-thene bag and keep at a temperature of between 15-20C (59-68F). After sowing, do not ex-clude light as this helps germination. Keep the surface of the compost moist but not water-logged; germination can take 1 to 3 months. When large enough to handle, transplant seedlings into 7.5cm (3 inch) pots or trays. Plant out once plants are well grown, 23-30cm (9 to 12 inches) apart. For best results, provide any ordinary, well-drained soil in full sun. Caution: Irritant to skin and eyes. Harmful if eaten. Product Specifications: Position: Full sun, sun or semi shade Height: Up to 60cm (23.6 inch) when fully established. Spread: Up to 30cm (11.8 inch) when fully established.
