Thompson & Morgan Air Plant Tillandsia on Wooden Log Mini

Displayed on a rustic wooden log, this mini perennial, Tillandsia, remains evergreen for year-round interest and is really easy to grow, making it great for any home or office, particularly great for bathrooms. The Tillandsia is adapted to rainforest conditions and grows naturally on trees, which is why they don’t require any soil to grow – they simply absorb nutrients and moisture from the air around them! They make a great edition to any home or office space, due to their gorgeous evergreen and their air-purifying and cleaning effects, making any room feel fresh and uplifted. Take a sample of the plant with you. These Tillandsia are epiphytic plants which do not require compost to grow. They are wired onto a support. Position air plants in bright, filtered light with good air circulation, at a minimum temperature of 5C (41F). Water frequently from spring to autumn by immersing the entire plant in rainwater or misting thoroughly. Allow the plant to completely drain and dry after each watering. Feed monthly by adding a small amount of bromeliad fertiliser to misting water.
