Emerald Lace is a fast-growing, cascading deciduous shrub with long elegant branches that will bear luscious bright green leaves that eventually turn to red-orange in the autumn. Acers are well known for their distinct, attractive foliage and with the year-round appeal of the ever-changing colours of the Emerald Lace, there is much to love. This Acer likes to be grown in moist, well-drained acid-to-neutral soil and prefers to be planted in part shade, as it is prone to leaf scorch when the plant is young.
