Seal and safeguard your porcelain tiles with this StoneCare4U Essential Porcelain Sealer. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, this is a technically advanced, nano-coating sealer formulated for modern engineered porcelain tiles and paving. With a simple one-coat, 100% breathable formula, the application will protect and inhibit organic growth, dirt and staining whilst enhancing the natural colours with a subtle sheen. Its safe, water-based formula creates a durable, clear soft sheen, scratch-resistant finish. Also, it is ready-to-use, quick drying and simple to apply. This product is not recommended for use on highly polished surfaces. How to apply: Before use, remove any loose debris from the work surface and ensure you have adequate personal protection, i.e. gloves, suitable protective eyewear, face mask and clothing. Note: Follow the instructions below, and perform a small test application on-site in an inconspicuous area prior to use. This will indicate the suitability and effectiveness of the product for your surface. If unsuitable for your needs, do not proceed. Before application, the surface must be clean and dry; also, you must ensure weather conditions are favourable before sealing externally. Application temperature range: 10° to 23°C. Do not dilute, apply this sealer thinly and evenly with either a microfibre cloth, microfibre flat mop or paint pad, taking care not to leave application marks or allow the product to puddle on the surface. Allow a minimum of two hours of drying time before walking on. The sealer will be fully cured and attain complete water resistance after 24 hours. If using externally, do not apply if rain is forecast within eight hours. Please note: This formulation is strictly a single-coat application because it is a highly active micro-coating that bonds very strongly to impervious porcelain. Applying more than one coat to achieve the “desired appearance” will almost definitely result in application issues and product failure. Given the above, it is important the exact application instructions are followed. Coverage: Average coverage of 10 to 20m² per litre. This will vary depending on surface texture and porosity. Maintenance: Clean sealed areas with a mild, pH-neutral cleaner. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents, which can harm the treated surface. Size: 5L. Pack of two.
