It is built on a tongue and groove floor, which sits on pressure-treated joists. There are two opening windows and a door, which are fitted with a draft seal system. It is fully CE-certified and complies with BS EN71 for the safety of your children. The door is fitted with a full-length piano hinge to prevent finger traps, and the windows are glazed with styrene. The cabin is manufactured from high-grade, slow-grown, FSC-approved, northern European pine. The playhouse is supplied untreated, so you will need to apply preservatives immediately after installation. The roof is covered with green mineral felt for protection from the weather. This playhouse requires self-assembly using the instructions supplied; fixings and mineral roof felt are provided. Following your order, a link will be sent to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day, you will also receive live tracking information. Before you assemble your building, you will need a flat base and level to a sufficient size.
