The windows and doors are of joinery made quality with a storm-resistant modern design, which also allows different window and door layouts to best suit your location. A dip-treated base coat preservative is applied to the house, and post installation, you can top coat immediately with wood paint or stain. The summerhouse can be self-assembled with the help of two to three people using the instructions. A base which is flat and level to a sufficient size is required for the house and cannot be assembled on grass, soil or gravel as they will move with the weight of the house.
