The little wonder has two floors with a small flight of steps for the upper floor with styrene glazed windows for shatter resistance, and the door is fitted with a full-length piano hinge to prevent finger traps. The floor and roof are tongue and groove (T&G) shiplap timber, which is shielded externally with green mineral felt for protection from the weather. Manufactured from high-grade, slow-grown, FSC-approved, northern European pine, the playhouse, is fully CE certified and complies with BS EN71 for the safety of your children. A dip-treated base coat preservative is applied to the house, and post installation, you can top coat immediately with wood paint or stain. The playhouse can be self-assembled with the help of two to three people using the instructions. A base which is flat and level to a sufficient size is required for the house and cannot be assembled on grass, soil or gravel as they will move with the weight of the house.
