The Barclay from Shire is a magnificent 7 x 11ft corner summer house with a useful shed attached. This garden building will utilise a corner of your garden giving you a relaxing space as well as handy storage. The summerhouse has full height, styrene safety glazed windows and doors to let in lots of natural light. The wall panels are made from 12mm shiplap boards and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to topcoat after assembly, this could be wood paint or stain. All framing is sturdy 34mm square and this lovely corner house is manufactured from high-grade FSC-certified northern European pine. The floor and roof are 12 mm tongued and grooved timber. The shed door has a pad bolt to the door and the summerhouse features a traditional gate latch. All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Note: Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and access for painting and during installation. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
