Plus, it also meets the conditions of Railway Standard RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2:2019. The 100% polyester 300D shell is durable, with a soft 190 polyester taffeta lining, polyester wadding and quilted nylon lining for extra insulation and warmth. With stitched and taped seams, a heavy-duty zip, and a foldaway hood, it keeps you shielded from rain and wind. Studded storm flap, elasticated cuffs and hem add additional protection, making this jacket a reliable choice for tough conditions.
