RHS Flowers for Bees Seed Shaker

This RHS flower mix is specially created to provide food for a wide range of bees. This pack features a carefully blended mixture of traditional cottage garden favourite for a beautiful and colourful display of flowers throughout the summer months. Seed mixed with buckwheat husks to aid sowing. These flowers are great for cutting and will be a great source for birds and beneficial insects. Easy to plant with three steps: Scatter, Rake, Awake. Scatter: Shake box well, then carefully tear open the tab at the side. April to June, sow outdoors where they are to flower. Shake out the seed mix gently and evenly, directly onto finely prepared soil. Rake: Lightly rake over the seed bed to cover the seeds. Awake: Water well with a fine spray. Thin out if plants become overcrowded. Water well until plants are established. Flowers from June to October. For a continuous display make several sowings at two to three week intervals.
