It is made from a steel frame and finished with an epoxy powder-coated paint. This frame also features beech-coloured rubberwood post caps and ladder steps. The top sleeping bunk has a three-foot sleeping area, whereas the bottom bunk offers a 4'6 sleeping space, and both bunks have steel mesh bases to provide firmer support and allow air to circulate the mattresses. The maximum mattress height for the top bunk is 200mm and is suitable for children only. Also, remember that the maximum weight load for the top frame is 85 kg, and for the bottom frame, it is 150 kg. It is advised that the top bunk is not suitable for children under six years old, and the beds are only suitable for a UK standard-size mattress.
